After entering the code, you can then check your gift card balance and view your purchases.
If there’s a card on your Microsoft Gift Card, you need to redeem the card at checkout to get your bonus.

You can also redeem the giftcard by calling customer service at 800-MY-ACCOUNT.
If you didn’t get the gift, you could also use the code to enter a code for Microsoft credit at a time when you need it most.

Once the gift has been redeemed, you won’t need to enter the giftcode again.
If the card is not yet available, you will receive an email alert.
