It is a question many are struggling with right now, as many mothers who’ve lost a child or a sibling struggle to accept that their baby’s life was taken from them by an abusive father.

Many mothers are also struggling with whether they should take time off to care for a baby with Down syndrome, or whether they can even afford to have one.

The National Down Syndrome Society, a nonprofit that helps parents with special needs, says the cost of providing a full-term infant with special health care, including a NICU, can run to as much as $20,000 a year.

And even if the NICU costs are covered by insurance, many families still struggle to find a caregiver who will accept the baby.

The Society is working to raise awareness of the issue.

It has a website, www.NAPES.org, that has information on caring for children with Down and special needs.

In addition, the organization is working with the American Academy of Pediatrics to develop new guidelines that will be available for use in the health care setting.

How do I get a copy of the guidelines?

The American Academy has been working to develop guidelines for the health and safety of caregivers for people with Down since 2005.

The guidelines are a joint effort between the American Medical Association, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and the American Down Syndrome Association.

Breastfeeding is the best way to help your baby thrive, even if you cannot breastfeed, and it is recommended that you breastfeed until your baby is old enough to go into a bottle.
